Accounts Supervisor Team Lead PQ ACCA/CIMA or CPACOMPANY DESCRIPTIONOur client is a well-established company based in Dublin WestPOSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Accounts Team Leader will be responsible for the overall processing and control of the Purchase Ledger and processing of payments for the company, Accounts payable and accounts receivable.Duties will include:o Prepare and post General Ledger journalso Invoicingo Creditors and General Ledger reconciliationso Processing a high volume of invoices according to internal company procedures in a timely mannero Manage the end-to-end credit management process including proactive customer engagement and relationship management, to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and maintain positive client relationshipso Ensuring internal control procedures are being adhered too Dealing with queries from external bodies to include customer suppliers· Primary interactions are within the Finance and Administration Department and for overall guidance from the Financial Controller.
