We are seeking a French, Italian or Spanish speaking Business Development Executive to drive growth with high profile clients, managing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and qualify enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and strategic outreach.
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
* Navigate complex organisational structures to influence strategic priorities and deliver results.
* Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
* Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements:
* Fluency in either French, Italian or Spanish
* Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within tech or a similar industry
* Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Consultative approach to sales with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to drive efficiency.
