What You'll Do Identify and engage prospective customers across the Nordic market through targeted outbound activity. Research target organisations, business priorities, and stakeholder structures to build informed outreach strategies. Connect with senior business leaders through phone, email, and professional networking channels. Lead discovery conversations focused on operational challenges, growth objectives, and digital transformation priorities. Build strategic account plans in partnership with the wider sales team. Qualify opportunities based on business need, timing, strategic fit, and commercial potential. Deliver high-quality opportunities to Account Executives with strong customer insight and context. Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking through platforms such as Salesforce. Continuously develop your knowledge of AI, SaaS, and emerging technology trends. What We're Looking For Fluent Swedish or Norwegian, with strong professional English. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial roles. Previous experience in SaaS, technology, cloud, digital transformation, or B2B sales is highly advantageous. Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with senior stakeholders. Commercial curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful, discovery-led questions. Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is beneficial. Why Join?
