This role owns end to end product and service delivery for sponsors, CROs, clinical sites, and patients, operating at the intersection of science, technology, and commercial execution.
You will lead a dedicated product team and work closely with R and D, Scientific Affairs, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive innovation, portfolio growth, and commercial impact.
Responsibilities * Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap * Own the end to end product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimisation * Drive continuous improvement to enhance data quality, reliability, usability, and patient experience * Translate scientific, operational, and customer needs into clear product requirements * Lead and develop a high performance product team * Partner with Sales and Marketing on value propositions, positioning, and go to market plans * Align cross functional stakeholders across clinical, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams * Own product KPIs, commercial outcomes, and customer success metrics * Drive portfolio decisions including investment, expansion, repositioning, or retirement * Build business cases and forecasts with commercial and finance leadership Requirements * 6 plus years product management experience in clinical trials, medical devices, digital health, or related domains * Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows, endpoints, and regulatory environments * Proven success delivering products from development through launch and optimisation * Experience leading cross functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders * Strong strategic, commercial, and data driven mindset * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Comfortable operating in hybrid Agile environments Desirable * Advanced degree such as MBA, MS, MPH, or similar * Experience with connected medical devices or clinical technology platforms * Background working with biopharma sponsors, CROs, or clinical sites * Understanding of regulated product development, data platforms, or digital health Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
