About The Role:Location: This role is based within the Dublin Office.
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:Provide day to day Helpdesk & Administrative supportBe first point of contact for all client enquires, logging all requests that are received in a timely mannerOversea day to day monitoring of Helpdesk, logging calls & monitoring emailsRaise Purchase orders for suppliers on our PO systemEnsure all relevant information is in order and to prioritise and resolve requestsCollate client feedback, escalating issues & concerns as and when they ariseProduce reports and analyse helpdesk data as requestedPreforming General Office & Administration duties as & when require
Essential Hiring Criteria:
