Associate Director - Commercial Property Management
Location: Dublin City (Hybrid working available)

The Role: This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial assets. The portfolio that this role is responsible for is a mix of commercial assets. This role also focuses on maintaining an excellent client relationship and working closely with the wider team to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and review service charge budgets.
* Prepare financial data for quarterly client reporting.
* Working alongside the wider team, including Building Managers, accountancy team and the wider client network.
* Ensuring the properties in the portfolio are running smoothly each day and keeping in close contact with the tenants on any issues that arise.
* Undertaking regular property inspections with the building manager.
