Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Site Manager (Fit-Out) to manage a Hotel fit-out project in Limerick.

The Role | Site Manager (Fit-Out)You will take full responsibility for managing all fit-out activities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Full management of all fit-out
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades
Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations
Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation
Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management
What You'll Need to Succeed:5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects
Fitout experience
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
