Key Responsibilities

* Organize and maintain physical and digital files in a secure and accessible manner.
* Assist in filing legal documents with courts and government agencies in compliance with regulations.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
* Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda with creativity and analytical skills.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and case updates with clear communication and organization.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for legal staff with flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications & Experiences
* A minimum Leaving Certificate with additional courses completed in legal studies or office administration is highly preferred.
* Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is advantageous, but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional typing skills are essential for success in this role.
* Strong data entry and document management skills are required to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
