The team works with both public and private sector clients, delivering practical and commercially minded legal advice.The RoleAs an Associate, you will work across the full spectrum of competition law, including:Advising on anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and unfair competition mattersSupporting clients on State aid compliance and related litigationAssisting with merger notifications to the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the European CommissionSupporting litigation and regulatory work before Irish and EU courtsAssisting in defending clients in competition law investigations and prosecutionsThis is a hands-on role offering exposure to some of the most high-profile and complex competition law matters in Ireland.
