Meat Sales Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Sales Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales and margin development within the Fresh Meat category, including Beef, poultry, lamb, and pork. They will work closely with our sales teams and other stakeholders to deliver commercial plans and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing sales and margin within the Fresh Meat category. They will work across Galway and West Ireland, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
* To support the sales team in delivering the Fresh Meat Commercial Plans by providing expert guidance and advice.
* To collaborate with the Chill Freeze Trading team to contribute to the development of fresh meat products that meet agreed budgetary and sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sales and Margin Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and margin within the Fresh Meat category.
* Commercial Planning: Work closely with sales teams to develop and deliver commercial plans that drive business growth.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with the Chill Freeze Trading team to develop fresh meat products that meet agreed budgetary and sales targets.
