The business forms part of a wider international group specialising in modern construction technologies and innovative building systems.With rapid growth and a strong pipeline of offsite construction projects, this organisation offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to work at the forefront of construction modernisation.About the RoleTheSite Supervisorplays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of offsite construction projects on sites across Ireland.Working closely with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and client site personnel, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, drive installation quality, ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements, and support production and design coordination to meet programme deadlines.You will represent the business on site, maintain strong professional relationships with clients, and uphold its reputation for safety, quality, and delivery excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership & SafetyMaintain a safe working environment at all times, ensuring correct PPE and safe working practices are in place and adhered to.Ensure all required plant, equipment, and lifting resources are available, compliant, and used correctly.Deliver site inductions, method statement briefings, and weekly toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors.Keep on-site H&S documentation current and compliant with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).Programme Delivery & CoordinationSupport the Contracts Manager in developing detailed site programmes aligned with client requirements.Plan labour, equipment, and crane requirements to meet installation sequences and programme milestones.Coordinate daily operations with client teams and other trades to ensure smooth site workflows.Manage snagging, additional works, and variations, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently.Site Communication & Client EngagementBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with client site teams, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders.Attend site meetings, prepare meeting notes, and ensure actions are communicated to design, production, and contracts teams.Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily site diaries, labour returns, equipment registers, and hired-in plant records.Record and report errors or defects identified on site, liaising with internal teams to agree corrective actions.Submit all site paperwork, registers, and delivery documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Operational ExcellenceUphold company quality standards and ensure site works meet programme expectations with zero complaints.Train and mentor Assistant Site Technicians.Actively contribute to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality objectives in line with company policies and competency frameworks.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEssentialPrevious experience in a similar construction site supervision role.Full, clean Irish driving licence.Valid CSCS/Safe Pass and other applicable H&S training (e.g. Manual Handling, Scaffolding).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple site activities.Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Design, Contracts, Production, HR, EHS).DesirableTrade background or construction-related qualification.Experience with steel frame structures and offsite installation.First Aid certification.Working knowledge of construction legislation and project management tools.Experience conducting site audits or supporting quality and compliance processes.What We're Looking ForA highly motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and is committed to excellence insafety, quality, and programme delivery.
