The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, with 1+ years of experience in engineering change management. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification is also required.
A key responsibility of this role includes developing Standard Operating Procedures that ensure safe working practices and promoting Leader Standard Work systems to sustain improvements in safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Engineering Change Orders or New Product Development into the manufacturing environment, analyzing big data from sensors and devices, and supporting development on Manufacturing Excellence Systems (MES).
