Overview
Join our Technology AI team as a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst. This hybrid role involves managing AI-related projects and gathering technical requirements for productivity tools and data applications. You'll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning meetings, record minutes and actions.
* Develop and manage project workplans.
* Report on data flow development status to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with AI developers to identify and resolve blockers.
* Ensure documentation exists for all developed data flows.
* Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for production readiness.
* Support training efforts for end users on AI tools.
* Drive prioritization and resource alignment.
* Monitor project delivery and maintain stakeholder accountability.

What we're looking for
* BSc in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in project management or technical business analysis, ideally in Financial Services.
* Experience across full system delivery lifecycle.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Strong understanding of data modeling.
* Experience with SQL, relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
* Experience using Jira, building Kanbans, roadmaps, and dashboards.
* Experience in investment banking or capital markets is a plus.
* Exposure to generative AI and LLM technologies is a plus.
