Senior Manager Market Customer Intelligence
Senior Manager Market & Customer Intelligence at Medtronic will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of an intelligence program across Medtronic EurAsia. The role focuses on transforming market and customer insights into actionable, decision‑ready intelligence and embedding a unified capability across countries and functions.

Lead and own the Market & Customer Intelligence Program, translating pilot learnings into a scalable operating model and governance framework.
Drive the 12‑18‑month rollout roadmap across functions, countries, and use cases.
Run monthly, quarterly, and annual intelligence cycles, synthesizing inputs into clear, actionable insights.
Integrate signals from multiple sources into coherent, decision‑ready narratives.
Ensure high‑quality standards, consistency of frameworks, and relevance to business decisions.
Drive adoption across teams through enablement, support, and stakeholder engagement.
Track KPIs, identify gaps, and continuously improve processes to establish the capability as a trusted enterprise asset.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Advanced degree in business, healthcare, economics, engineering, or a related field.
Significant experience in strategy, intelligence, consulting, commercial operations, or healthcare transformation.
Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional and multi‑country programs.
Strong understanding of AI‑driven analytics, machine learning concepts, and data management principles.
Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into AI‑enabled solutions and clear, structured insights.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and scaling initiatives from pilot to business‑as‑usual; fluent in English.

Senior Product Engineering Manager – HVAC (EU market)
This role leads the engineering development and full product lifecycle of data‑centre chillers and commercial heat‑pump systems for the European market.

Own the technical delivery of HVAC products, ensuring they meet EU performance, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Translate customer needs, regulatory obligations, and market insights into clear, robust engineering solutions.
Drive cost, quality, reliability, and efficiency improvements across existing and new products.
Support prototype builds, laboratory and field testing, certification, and customer validation activities across Europe.
Mentor and develop engineering team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Act as a key technical partner to Product Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Service teams, and global engineering centres.

How you will do it

Deliver end‑to‑end engineering ownership, from concept through design, validation, industrialisation, and lifecycle management.
Develop and review engineering specifications, CAD designs, calculations, test plans, P&IDs, and RFQs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering inputs across mechanical, electrical, controls, and compliance domains.
Apply LEAN engineering methodologies to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
Ensure compliance with relevant EU regulations and standards.
Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to enable design‑for‑manufacture and design‑for‑service.
Collaborate closely with global design hubs to align platforms and best practices.

What we look for

Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Mechanical, Thermal, or Energy Engineering.
7–12 years’ experience in HVAC product engineering, ideally within chillers and/or heat‑pump technologies.
Strong technical knowledge of thermodynamics, HVAC/R system design, and low‑GWP refrigerants.
Experience working with EU regulations and standards (EN 378, EU F‑Gas Regulation, Pressure Equipment Directive, Machinery Directive, ATEX, electrical safety, ISO/EN).
Demonstrated success applying LEAN engineering practices.
Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Test Lab Senior Manager
This position is responsible for managing test lab operations at the new EU Center of Excellence (CoE) in Dublin.
What you will do
The operation will consist of multiple test stands serving cooling and heating needs for Data Center, Mission Critical, and Decarbonization markets.
How you will do it

Source and develop workforce for new lab, ensuring technicians and engineers hold all required EU certifications.
Oversee and lead project to specify, design, construct, and commission the new lab.
Lead & manage CoE test lab operations.
Manage daily test lab operation balancing customer needs with resource availability.
Collaborate with customers to ensure testing quality and on‑time delivery.
Manage operational and capital budgets for the lab.
Work cross‑functionally with test labs globally to share best practices.
Manage operational metrics to assure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead standardisation of equipment and practices across test labs.
Represent the business in union contract negotiations.

Maintain strong coordination with Product Development, Advanced Technology, PMO, and Sales Engineering teams.

10–15 years’ experience supervising test lab or manufacturing operations.
Direct experience with chillers or HVAC products preferred.
Knowledge of Data Center cooling technology testing is a strong plus.

Senior Product Manager – Technical
Senior Product Manager – Technical at Mastercard leads the AI & Decisioning Platform Enablement team.
Role

Serve as the main liaison for AI & DPE market‑facing products, business integration, and other business stakeholders.

All About You

Proven experience as a product manager or product leader with a focus on technical platforms, ideally within AI, data, or decisioning domains.
Strong understanding of modern technology practices (APIs, microservices, cloud, data platforms).
Experience aligning technical capabilities with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
Interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, decisioning, and data platforms; direct experience with AI & DPE solutions preferred.
Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring technical product managers.

Senior Manager, Supply Chain – 12 Month FTC
Senior Manager, Supply Chain at Jazz Pharmaceuticals will manage the supply chain for Jazz products, including planning, procurement, and distribution in compliance with applicable GxP and other regulations.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and supply of raw materials, intermediates, components, and finished goods for the portfolio of Jazz products.
