The family owned Celtic Ross Hotel is looking for a highly motivated and talented pastry
chef to help and develop our food offering.
The ideal candidate must have 3 years' experience in a busy kitchen environment passionate about food and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and be a team player.
Requirements :
To have a good knowledge of classical & fine dining, modern contemporary & ethnic pastry techniques.
To have a good understanding of flavours, textures and presentation of food.
To follow strict cooking guidelines and adhere to standards of procedures in place.
Duties:
Be responsible for following hygienic & safe working practices.
Maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene in terms of personnel & equipment and take action if necessary.
Be a real team player with the current pastry chef in place
Being available for lunch and dinner prep and service.
Maintaining haccp records daily
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
