About Me
Hello I am a 57-year-old man with an Acquired Brain Injury, Epilepsy, Dysphagia and high complex health needs. I am passionate about music, card games and getting out for walks. I am looking for kind, reliable, and values-driven Support Workers who will help me to live a great life and achieve my NDIS goals.
The Role
This is a meaningful opportunity to join my dedicated team of Support Workers who assist me 1:1 throughout the day. You will be part of a supportive environment where your contribution truly matters.

Key responsibilities:
* Assist me with assisted daily living tasks
* Personal care
* Manual Handling Level 3
* PEG Feeding
* Support me to work towards my goals and build life skills
* Implement plans and programs that support my development
* Engage in Person-Centred Active Support
* Maintain accurate records with professionalism

About you:
I'm looking for someone who brings a clam, patient, and resilient approach to their work, and who genuinely values inclusion and connection. You might be studying or already qualified, what matters most is your positive attitude and willingness to learn. A great fir for me team is someone who is creative in how they support others, confident in their decision making, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. If you have a good sense of humour, a positive outlook, and a compassionate nature, I believe we could build a strong and respectful working relationship that helps me live my best life.
The ideal candidate will have or working towards:
* NDIS Worker Screening
* Current Driver's Licence
* Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification, or working towards
* Two referees inclusive or your current direct supervisor
