This is a highly skilled role within a growing analytics practice, where you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into insightful, scalable solutions using advanced data analysis techniques.
* Design, build, and optimize advanced analytics solutions.
* Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements, present insights, and influence decision-making.
* Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
* Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and decision-makers to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
* Provide strategic advice on data visualization best practices and analytics maturity.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership within the team.
About You:
* Extensive experience in data analysis: Expert in data modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
* Microsoft stack expertise: Proficient in SQL Server, Azure (Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory), Fabric, and other related tools.
* Proven stakeholder management: Able to communicate complex data clearly and influence non-technical and executive stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
* Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
