Job Summary:
The Parts Advisor will play a vital role in maintaining stock levels, processing parts deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
* Process parts deliveries, orders, and returns efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service to aftersales customers via phone and in person.
* Deliver products to trade customers promptly.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
* Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries and promote accessories sales.
* Secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
* Perform general Warehouse duties as required.
