About the Role:
Creditable Expertise Wanted: Drainage Professional with Multi-Disciplinary Project Experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing project delivery to time and budget, ensuring technical quality and compliance with internal management systems.
- Production of drainage designs, assessments, and checking others' work.
- Supervising a team, mentoring, and developing less experienced engineers and technicians within project teams.
- Developing client relationships through project work, identifying business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Chartered Engineer status with experience on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of railway design and build environments or highways drainage design, including engineering interdependencies across the project life cycle.
- Evidence of previous CRE(Drainage) roles under the Engineering Management for Project standard (NR/L2/RSE/02009) for rail projects.
- Proven team leadership skills with experience in multi-disciplinary projects in rail, highways, or water sectors.
