About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective administration and maintenance of Learning and Development (L&D) systems and processes, at the Abbott Nutrition Cootehill site, while also sharing best practices across the broader Abbott Nutrition Network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate and assist in creation, development, and delivery of training programmes focused on elevating capabilities.
* Ensure development, maintenance and scheduling of plant L&D operational training plan and ensure KPIs are measured and reported in a timely manner.
* Support site onboarding process.
* As lead administrator on ComplianceWire/LMS system ensures ComplianceWire/LMS is maintained accurately and report monthly KPIs to plant and senior team.
* Provide strong level of support in the area of ComplianceWire/LMS to all plant employees.
* Ensure compliance to AQR, FDA, ISO and division training policies, ensure plant training curriculums, and ComplianceWire/LMS requirements and training forms are maintained accurately at all times.
* Drive to improve L&D activities on an on-going basis working towards best in class.
* Organise and schedule internal instructor led training.
* Support CAPA investigations where root cause is associated with training activities, develop mitigation and preventative measures to drive improvement.
* Ensure Training Procedure is followed to ensure that there are no audit findings in the area.
* Support Management in carrying out a full Annual Review of Training assigned to employees in each department of the Plant.
* Represent the Cootehill Plant in attending the International Co-op Training Meetings and deliver on any actions from these meetings.
Education and Experience:
* A third level qualification in Training & Development, HR, Business, Management or equivalent experience.
* CIPD or IITD membership is preferred.
