You will take charge of the main and grill section, ensuring consistency and excellence in all dishes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking a variety of meats, seafood, and other main course dishes to perfection, while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is crucial, and you will be expected to collaborate with the Head Chef and team on menu planning and daily specials. Assist in stock control and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients, and maintain own transportation for this role.
