We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Separation team at the Bailieborough site.
The Role :
As a Cream Pasteuriser 7 Middleperson, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the cream pasteuriser, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the powder blending process.

Key Responsibilities
· Operate Cream Plant 7 efficiently, ensuring compliance with CCPs/OPRPs and SOPs.
· Accurately record all operational data and maintain documentation to a high standard.
· Collect water rinse samples and change separator water filters as needed.
· Assist with cream despatch and powder blending operations.
· Perform SAP duties and forklift operations when required.
· Maintain cleanliness and audit readiness in medium care areas including separator, ingredient, and evaporator rooms.
· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
· Report faults and assist maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
· Adhere to food safety guidelines and customer standards.
· Participate in training and development activities.
· Ensure compliance with Data Protection policies and Health & Safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
· A proactive and reliable team player with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to follow procedures and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
· Good communication skills and willingness to support cross-functional tasks.
· Forklift certification (preferred but not essential).
· Experience in a food production or dairy environment is an advantage.
