Job Overview Killary Adventure Company is seeking an Assistant Cook. This role is designed to support the Head Chef in the daily preparation and service of food in our busy Adventure Centre in Connemara, Co Galway. This role includes assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen standards while learning all core kitchen operations. Key Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef with preparation of meals for varying group types. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organisation Be able to work independently with direction from the Head Chef, ensuring smooth service. Assisting other kitchen staff depending on the companies requirements and staffing levels. Ensure standards are upheld and reqular policies and procedures are followed in Head Chefs absence. Requirements: Kitchen & cooking experience, minimum 2 years (flexible depending on experience) Prior authorisation to work in Ireland Skills: Cooking Food Preparation
