Fully office based
4 month contract with a possibility of going permanent.
Reporting to the accounts manager, we require a highly motivated, organised person with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task. An excellent command of the English language (both written & verbal) is essential.
Daily tasks will include;
• Full control on a portion of the purchase ledger including but not limited to;
-posting invoices
-reconciling statements
-managing supplier queries
-calculating supplier payment list as per agreed schedule
• Working with all internal departments to get proper approval of invoices
• Stationery ordering
• Other ad hoc accounting duties assigned by manager
• Assist the management team with confidential tasks and specific projects.
• IT literate using MS office
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to pay close attention to details while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach to work
• At least 2 years strong accounts experience
