An opportunity has arisen in our growing Property Management division for a Senior Administrator in our Helpdesk with has at least 5 year's post qualification experience.

You will be supported by a highly experienced team who strive to support career progression within the department and organisation.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver with a can-do attitude. The candidate will have responsibility for delivering our clients objectives and will therefore have excellent relationship management skills.

They should be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with all levels and a drive to exceed expectation.

Key Responsibilities


* Key client management
* Dealing with day-to-day management of reactive maintenance issues which arise in our customers sites.
* Writing reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness
* Ongoing liaison with other Phasor teams to support the delivery of client services.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

* Very organised person with the ability to earn client trust
* 5 years experience in administration in the service industry or property management is essential, with proven experience of organising a team of field technicians.
* A practical, proactive approach is required, along with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to use personal initiative
* Be IT competent and ideally have experience with the job management software system JobLogic or other similar job management software package.
* Be articulate, professional and persuasive with strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
* Takes pride in all output with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* A team player
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills
* Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
