Junior Supply Chain Coordinator At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinatorperson to join a leading global manufacturer of electronic products and systems based in South West Dublin. As Junior Supply Chain Coordinatoryou will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process within the Forecasting and Planning department in conjunction with the Manager. For You: Salary €40-45k Healthcare Pension Parking Training Free fresh lunch provided daily Opportunity to develop and further grow within the role and division Responsibilities: Work closely with the Forecasting Manager to support the development and delivery of short and long-term forecasting strategies. Create and process Purchase Orders accurately within the system. Support effective inventory management by maintaining stock levels that meet customer demand while minimising excess stock and stock shortages. Monitor inventory turnover and stock ageing, highlighting trends and recommending actions to improve performance. Prepare inventory reports and provide clear insights on stock levels and related performance metrics to management. Assist in identifying and resolving supply chain issues that may impact service, stock availability, or overall performance. Use forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Excel to maintain accurate data across forecast performance, stock levels, and lead times. Support initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and drive greater efficiency across forecasting and inventory processes. Keep up to date with best practice in inventory management, demand planning, and production planning. Contribute to continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing team and department performance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an a similar role Experience in Supply Chain I or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes an advantage but not necessary Previous exposure to ERP systems and forecasting software. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process optimisation.
