In this role, you will handle client queries, troubleshoot system and data issues, monitor daily automated processes, and assist with onboarding and integrations.
You'll work closely with internal engineers and platform specialists, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, data workflows, and modern support operations.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for client support requests via email and ticketing system Troubleshoot access issues, data discrepancies, and platform errors Monitor daily data processes and perform simple SQL checks Assist with client onboarding and configuration tasks Maintain clear issue logs, documentation, and knowledge base content Experience
