Key Responsibilities-
* Manage and grow broker relationships across Ireland, focusing on a core panel of active trading brokers.
* Develop and deliver broker engagement strategies in line with business goals.
* Map brokers nationwide, identify key decision makers, and ensure regular engagement.
* Drive growth in broker-driven business, focusing on profitable opportunities in high-value property, liability, and motor.
* Promote business offerings and ensure brokers understand appetite and products.
* Plan and deliver broker visits, presentations, and account reviews.
* Oversee broker pipeline development and track growth targets.
* Support administration, database management, and reporting as part of day-to-day activity.
What We Are Looking For-
* Strong experience in broker development, gained within either an insurer or Lloyd's market.
* Good working knowledge of property, liability, and motor (including fleet).
* Ability to identify profitable business opportunities and understand high sums insured, layered property, and high-risk liability.
* Commercial mindset with a focus on growth.
* Excellent relationship builder with brokers at senior level.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently while aligned to UK business strategy.
The Offer-
