In This Role, You Will Need To

Relationship management: B
uilding relationships and trust with clients, work with management to develop and execute a plan to grow market share, prospect and develop new leads and opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, drive revenue and increase market share, and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
·
Co-ordination and sales management:
To understand the startup ecosystem and its challenges, adapt quickly to changes in the market or product direction, have a deep understanding of cloud-based technology and tools, collaborate closely with other teams within the startup, such as engineering, and customer success, and develop and implement sales strategies for various products.

Business development and customer service: E
xperience in business development and customer service to identify and pursue new opportunities, negotiate contracts and deals, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. To have knowledge of Microsoft products such as licensing, Azure services, Security Compliance, Modern Workplace, AI and Microsoft 365 customization etc, selling cloud-based products or services.
· The candidate must have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics).
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
What are the role requirements?
· Professional fluency in English
· Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively
· Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
· Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on first part of the Forasoft sales methodology
· Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans
· Ability to work cross functionally to drive business results through collaboration
· Strong individual skills, with high self awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
· Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal & positive attitude
Certification Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
· Inbound Sales (must)
· Sales Enablement (must)
Skills:
· Minimum of 1-5 years' experience in – enterprise sales or related position.
· Hands on experience with Microsoft software and Account management systems.
· Have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics)
· Understanding of sales performance metrics.
· Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
· Customer-centric and good listener.
· Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
· Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills
