Project Coordinator - Quantity Surveyor Role
Our clients are seeking highly skilled Quantity Surveyors to work on various projects across commercial and residential developments.

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project evaluations to ensure accurate decision-making.
* Conduct thorough tender analysis and manage procurement processes to secure the best deals.
* Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms to minimize risks.
* Monitor project progress, manage variations, and control costs to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field of study.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or consultancy.
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite to streamline workflow.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships.
* Familiarity with Irish construction regulations would be advantageous but not essential.
