RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Room Hire
To maintain and co-ordinate the bookings diary on a daily basis and computerised version of same.
Answering telephone calls and enquiries from the public
Distributing mail
Maintain and order office supplies
General office duties including photocopying and replying to emails
Manage suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements
Prepare, send and store invoices
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Identify and address discrepancies in accounts
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
To update the website and social media accounts
To assist in the organisation and running of special events which are run in the centre
To work as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
