Maintenance Operations Manager Job
Matrix Recruitment is seeking a candidate for a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of company equipment. This position is crucial in driving maintenance excellence and overseeing the reliable operation of all company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
* Administer and improve the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Manage resources, budgets, and spare parts strategy to minimize costs and maximize asset utilization.
* Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety standards.
* Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.
* Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
* Technical qualification/trade certification.
* 5+ years of management experience.
* 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
* Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.
* Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
* Mechanical and electrical process plant knowledge.
* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
