Your New Role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support in managerial and organisational aspects.
This includes:
* Managing day-to-day office operations
* Handling accounting tasks
* Creating and updating databases
* Answering phone calls and emails
* Organising staff training and company events
* General office management
* Tracking office supplies
* Liaising with suppliers and clients
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational abilities
