The Heritage also offers guests a number of on site activities such as our Health Club with Leisure Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam rooms, 5km Walking Track and Cinema.We are currently looking to hire a Spa Receptionist to join our existing Spa team.Job Role: To liaise with guests in a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring their stay is an enjoyable and memorable one. To ensure all guests requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
To ensure all guest accounts are accurate and posted in a timely fashion. To assist in the sale of products.Main Duties: To have a full and comprehensive understanding of the registration system. Provide information on SPA facilities and show the facilities to potential members. Answering any SPA-related queries to hotel guests and potential members. Opening and closing up the SPA as per standards and checklist. To deal with all check-ins in a professional, efficient and courteous manner Upselling Spa treatments and homecare To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained. To ensure that the ambiance in departments (lights, music, and temperature) is controlled. To comply with the hotel's cash handling procedures Keep up to date with treatment lists and homecare offeredRequirements: At least 1 year customer service experience (ideally in a busy, luxury Spa/Hospitality setting) Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer skills Experience using booking systems an advantage but not essential Experience retailing homecare an advantage but not essential Flexible to work mornings, evenings & weekends where required The Heritage 'Core Values':Our Core Values are the essence of what we stand for as a company and it is our vision to instil a people focused culture within the hotel.
