The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of a retail establishment, leading a team of 16 client service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate sales staff to meet performance targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
* Ensure seamless store openings and closings, including cash management and stock control
* Monitor and report on sales figures, identifying areas for improvement
* Maintain a visually appealing store environment through effective merchandising
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* A proven track record in people management and teamwork
* Prior experience in retail sales within homeware or furniture sectors
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house systems quickly
* Ability to work independently, escalating issues to senior management when necessary
