Job Title: Senior Project Manager
About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and take on high-level projects. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects to the highest quality, on time, within budget, and implemented within the required safety, quality, and environmental parameters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure regular updates and effective communication.
2. Instruct, coach, and direct project staff in construction, contractual, and regulatory matters.
3. Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure they conduct their duties to the highest standards.
4. Manage day-to-day operational duties and continually improve operations.
5. Analyse results, troubleshoot problem areas, and develop progress reports.
6. Bulld and grow business relationships for project success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree qualification with several years of experience at project manager level.
* Proven experience in successfully delivering high-density residential or commercial projects.
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret contractual documents.
* Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability.
* Technical competence to set and track project milestones and deliverables.
* Extensive experience leading and directing project teams and managing subcontractors.
* Excellent people management skills.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications.
