Job Title: Senior Human Resources Executive
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead HR operations and strategic delivery across a diverse business unit, working closely with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, deliver and implement HR strategies and projects
* Lead and mentor HR teams
* Take ownership of ER and IR issues
* Oversee compensation and benefits, recruitment and training programs
* Implement HR cultural initiatives
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a relevant discipline
* 4-5+ years relevant HR experience, ideally in a leadership role
* Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on HR projects
