Job Title: Senior Construction Operations Director
* The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end management of internal and external construction projects, ensuring timely completion to program specifications.
* They must effectively coordinate subcontractors across all project phases, fostering daily communication and collaboration for civils, superstructure, mechanical and electrical (M&E), fit-out, and landscaping teams.
* Key responsibilities also include maintaining and driving short-term and overall project targets through robust programme and progress management.
* Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for quality control, snagging, and handover management, ensuring high-quality delivery of all elements internally and externally.
Requirements:
