Senior Tax Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to oversee our tax and audit functions. This newly created role reports directly to the Group CFO and offers direct access to the Executive Team, with regular exposure to the Board.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the finance function and wider business units to ensure full tax compliance across the Group and maintain strong governance standards.
This includes:
* Preparation and submission of all corporate tax returns for the Group.
* Overseeing compliance with VAT, payroll taxes, sector-specific levies, and other relevant tax obligations.
* Leading tax reporting under applicable accounting standards, including current and deferred tax computations and disclosures.
* Monitoring changes in UK, Irish, and EU tax legislation and assessing their impact.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for external tax advisors.
* Owning transfer pricing requirements across the Group, ensuring appropriate documentation and support are maintained.
