Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure service level agreements are met by monitoring client queues.
2. Provide regular business updates to clients.
3. Offer data for service reviews.
4. Manage client escalations and incidents.
5. Coordinate incident reports completion.
6. Own service improvement plans.
7. Lead client projects.
8. Train and support clients on process adherence.
9. Attend training sessions.
Key Interlocutors:
1. Kneip clients: primary contact for service requests.
2. Account Management Team: aligned for follow-up.
3. Client Service team Managers: key contact for solving queries.
4. Product Owner: key contact for problem-solving.
5. IT Engineering: key contact for resolving issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role is necessary.
Fluency in English or French; German is an asset.
