Role OverviewLotus Care provides a range of residential support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely and comfortable community setting. We are a growing company and looking for someone to join our team here in the head office in Birr, Co. Offaly.We are looking for an Administrator to support the accounts & payroll team in day-to-day accounting activities and administration duties. This role is suited to someone with a high level of attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and to advance to the next level within a busy and growing company.Location: Birr, Co. Offaly. (Hybrid)Reporting to: CFOContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: €35,000 - €45,000 (DOE)Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Accounts and Payroll departmentAssisting with payroll processing and documentationData Entry to maintain accurate recordsAssisting with reporting and internal support tasksManaging the clocking/timekeeping systemProcessing travel expenses and reporting to RevenueAssisting with bi-weekly payrollReconciling cash and card paymentsCompleting supplier/creditor reconciliationsMonitoring and cross checking agency usage across the serviceResponding to finance-related queriesGeneral administrative and ad hoc dutiesEssential Requirements:Previous experience within an administrative roleProficient in Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detailStrong Communication SkillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyExposure / Understanding of Payroll & Accounts processes Desirable Requirements:Finance experience, including payroll,Knowledge of Xero & BrightpayIPASS or Accounting Technician qualificationBenefitsHybrid (following completion of training)Annual bonusCompany pension23 days annual leaveCPD supportEmployee of the Month SchemeRefer a Friend SchemePaid travel expensesEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)**Applicants must be fully eligible to work in Ireland**
