Fit-out Project Coordinator Role
About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager to oversee a Life Sciences fit-out project in Limerick.
Main Responsibilities:
* Full management of all fit-out activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades to achieve project objectives.
* Maintain site Health & Safety, implementing all necessary procedures and documentation.
* Provide regular progress reports and ensure effective communication with senior management.
Key Requirements:
* 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects.
* Proven fitout experience and leadership skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
