Share Plan Administrator Job
This is a newly created role within the secretarial and share plan team. The position will focus on the administration and governance of company share plan schemes.
The successful candidate will have a background in share schemes or tax/legal administration within a shareholder environment. They will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders internally.
* Administer share plans, ensuring compliance with internal and external controls
* Collaborate on tax and legal aspects of share plans
* Maintain and reconcile internal accounting records
* Complete annual share plan returns, reconciliations, and tax payments

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:

* Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and formulas
