Our purpose is to nourish the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generations.Role ProfileReporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Digital Technical Analyst is responsible for website and page builds, configuration, content updates, bug management, CRs, and technical project planning for our most important websites across the company. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure issues are identified, and a strong collaborative approach ensuring the implementation of effective resolutions.Ultimately, this role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements to drive continuous improvement through the relevant digital channels.Responsibilities:Build, create and update websites across the organisation, working with various different platforms, applications and toolsManage content updates, page builds, and publishing workflowsSupport content teams with CMS updates and troubleshootingOversee daily website operations and ensure consistent uptimeWork with internal brands to manage and maintain content updates required across all websitesManage CMS updates, plugin maintenance, and platform upgradesMonitor site performance (speed, responsiveness, load times)Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross browser compatibility‑browser compatibilityInvestigate and resolve website bugs, errors, and broken functionality and triage incidents as appropriateLiaise with developers or vendors to implement fixesConduct root cause analysis for recurring issues‑cause analysis for recurring issuesMaintain error logs and track technical incidentsMonitor security vulnerabilities and coordinate patchesManage SSL certificates, cookie compliance, and privacy noticesEnsure GDPR and data handling compliance‑handling compliancePerforming analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities to recommend appropriate applications/technology to improveAssist in testing, product and application functionality, troubleshooting solutions or assigning issues to relevant teams as requiredCo-ordinate on-going system / applications enhancements and change requestsAct as a technical point of contact with other internal IT teams and external 3rd party vendors to; plan projects, implement CRs, investigate issues and provide effective resolutionsInput into technical project planning and management, helping the project to meet deadlines, business and budget objectivesRequirements3rd level qualification in a Technical degree (Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Technology etc. ), related field2+ years experience within a similar roleExperience with content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress, SharePointReadable knowledge with HTML/ CSSFocused on and driven to provide the highest quality of outputs for client and customer serviceCreative and effective problem solving skillsA positive can-do attitude & comfortable operating to multiple deadlines and projects at onceExcellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate recommendations effectively to 3rd parties at all levelsMotivated, enthusiastic and drive to make it happenA team player who has the ability to motivate othersEnjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where the focus is on continuous improvement and the challenge to make it betterA love for problem solving identifying, prioritizing, and implementing a solutionA passion for technology and applicationsWe offerHybrid working (flex Fridays)Free parking incl.
