We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join a global investment management firm in Dublin on a 6-month fixed-term contract .
This role sits within the Investment Administration team and will support portfolio accounting, trade support, and reconciliation processes across a range of institutional accounts and mutual funds.
Key Responsibilities of Temporary Investment Operations Analyst Job: Perform trade support and CTM matching for Asian and EMEA markets Liaise with custodians, brokers, and traders to resolve trade settlement issues Ensure accurate trade booking for institutional offers, IPOs, and secondary placements Monitor and process corporate actions and client cash flows Complete daily and monthly reconciliation of transactions, positions, and valuations Support the preparation of bespoke client reports and audit documentation Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Investment, IT, Relationship Management) and external service providers Assist with ad-hoc projects and departmental initiatives Requirements for Temporary Investment Operations Analyst Job: Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2–5 years' experience in investment operations, fund administration, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to speak /write Mandarin a plus (not a necessity) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SimCorp Dimension, Charles River OMS, or Bloomberg an advantage Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Team-oriented, proactive, and reliable This is a great temporary opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background in Business, Finance or Accounting For more information or to discuss this opportunity in more detail, contact Sorcha Gillman at or apply directly via the link.
