Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Cork team and play a key leadership role in delivering some of the region's most exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage civil/structural design projects from initial concept through to completion.
2. Oversee project budgets, schedules and deliverables to ensure the highest technical standards are achieved.
3. Mentor and support junior engineers and graduates as they develop their technical abilities.
4. Conduct site visits and collaborate with clients, contractors and suppliers on both technical and commercial matters.
5. Ensure all work complies with Eurocodes and relevant industry design standards.
6. Contribute to technical proposals, presentations and project documentation.
7. Support the continued growth and development of our Cork office.
About You
8. 5+ years' civil/structural engineering experience within Ireland.
9. Relevant third-level qualification in engineering.
10. Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes and applicable standards.
11. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit is advantageous (not essential).
12. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with clients and internal teams.
13. Based in Cork or open to relocation.
14. Ambitious, self-driven and seeking long-term career progression.
