HR Business Partner - Dublin (Hybrid) Sanderson is partnering with a rapidly expanding international organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with Centres of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward, HRIS, Global Mobility and more.

Hybrid (3 days onsite) | European Travel Required Key Responsibilities Partner with BU leadership to deliver people strategy, advise on HR policy and ensure best-practice HR standards Coach managers on performance management, goal-setting, talent development and underperformance Support annual salary review and bonus cycles Provide data-driven insights on headcount, retention, engagement and workforce trends Manage employee relations cases, advising on legislation, investigations and dispute resolution Support workforce planning, recruitment, global mobility and redundancy processes Work cross-functionally with HR Co Es to deliver consistent and high-quality HR support Promote company values and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture Skills and Experience Degree in HRM/HRD or equivalent 3+ years' experience in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role CIPD member (or willing to progress) Strong relationship building, coaching and problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Skills: HR Business Partner People Partner HR Partner
