Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Ambassador to join our team at the hotel. As the primary point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
The hotel offers an extensive range of amenities, including 287 bedrooms, 30 self-catering apartments, nightly live entertainment, bars, restaurants, and conferencing and banqueting spaces. Our diverse guest base includes families, business visitors, tour groups, and those attending events at the Gleneagle Arena or Gleneagle Club.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will manage smooth guest check-ins and check-outs with a warm, authentic, and knowledgeable approach. They will handle all guest queries professionally, providing information on in-house facilities, local attractions, and points of interest. Ensure accurate guest billing and accounts, presenting them clearly at departure. Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to provide seamless guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous reception experience in a 3*, 4*, or 5* hotel
* Warm, positive personality with a genuine passion for guest care
* Strong team player who can also work independently and use initiative when required
* Great attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service
