About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase orders for site services and engineering, including capital and operating expenditures.
* Manage stationery orders for the site and coordinate distribution/collection of supplies.
* Process credit card transactions for goods and services required by all departments on site.
* Handle invoicing and accounting queries/issues from global procurement and accounts.
* Facilitate setup of new vendors.
* Perform ad-hoc activities/projects as needed.
