Key Responsibilities Overall site management and coordination of subcontractors Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations Managing programme, quality control, and site documentation Liaising with the project team, consultants, and client representatives Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management About You Proven experience as a Site Manager ideally on residential projects Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts Relevant construction qualification (Degree / Trade background advantageous) For more information, please get in touch at
